Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To request a return, email support@tcgplayers.com.se with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sealed TCG products that have been opened are generally not eligible for buyer's-remorse returns. This policy applies to buyer's-remorse returns as stated here, in addition to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Return authorization and address

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. If a return is approved, we will email the return address and packing instructions. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

Return shipping costs

For buyer's-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label as instructed in our reply.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly and contact us at support@tcgplayers.com.se within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos where available so we can assess the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for buyer's-remorse returns, unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.
